Haven't posted in a few weeks but this is my male kamfa at 4" now starting to show kok base. Kok seems to be growing more forward than up. Currently feeding NLS Thera+A, frozen krill and earthworms he is kept in 150 gal. with a few subdominant male cichlids of various species and an assumed female kamfa. Since adding the crushed coral kok development has taken off. Colors seem to change day to day however every couple days he gets covered with black speckling like hes getting ready to fade but it goes away then comes back again etc. etc. My questions are is it possible that this fish may be getting ready to fade and what is the kok development looking like hardhead, waterhead, too early to tell?
