dont know what you said,but fl is the capitol of nothing,as far as I know,except maybe rigged elections and Tarpon fishing.Since I'm from dc though,and lived there through the 90's,I know dc earned that name.That's what they get for re-electing a crackhead for mayor....rofl.......looks like dc and fl have something in common-corruption!
