Kayaking: Upper Tampa Bay - *Load Warning*

Thought I would share some shots I got from kayaking in upper tampa bay.

We started out at a launch site in the park in the saltwater mangrove marsh weltland area and went all the way down to the bay. The shot with the sun reflection off the water with a splash in it is tampa bay. The rest is double branch creek.

In the photos are various birds, dolphins (that came as close as 4ft from us), oyster bars and the mangrove area. Enjoy =] (sorry for the quality of the photos.. sun was bright and the lense I had doesnt have a motion stablizer... ) Enjoy!!

fantastic! I can't wait for the bay and estuaries around here to clean up so I can hit the water (floods have washed so much rubbish into the Moreton Bay (the bay brisbane is on) so clean up is under way.)

Yeah this is def. one of my favorite things to do is just get out and explore where I have not been... it was a beautiful day out. If any of you ever get the oppurtunity I would recommend giving kayaking a try!!
