Can anyone tell me how to fix this? I replaced all the O rings and seal. Sometimes a little water gets inside the top around the motor. I shortened the hoses, so there's not a lot of extra. When I push the lever down to refill the canister the output line looks mostly empty. I plugged the filter in and it wouldn't pump, so I released one of the lid fasteners and there was a bunch of air pressure that came out and the filter filled up more and started pumping. I have the output ran through a oddysea uv sterilizer. Do you think that could cause a problem? I think it was already there before I added the uv sterilizer though. Thanks.
