So I'm planning on rehoming my paratilopia Bleekeri here in about a month but the more I look at him the more I don't want to. He's the prettiest one I've ever seen. What do y'all think? Sorry the pic is from my phone.

Maybe its too young to tell, but that looks like a female to me, from the cranial profile.
If it were me, I'd try to find an equally beautiful male.
Here's what I mean, about my gender opinion.

Ya, he/she is around 5.5-6" but I kinda have to agree on the photo. I'm just currently planning on getting a 125 and doing a pair of lyonsi here in alittle over a month and I know I just won't have enough space =S thanks for the response duanes.

It's always the dilemma! I've re-homed fish that I've regretted in the past, and others that I'm glad I moved on from; unfortunately it only seems to be in the weeks afterwards that I can tell whether or not it was a good decision!

definitely a beauty... Where's that 65 Standard Breeder tank when you need it? Would always look great as a solitary specimen.
I guess the real questions are How much time do you spend watching him/her every day?
When you walk into the room, is that one of the first fish you look for or glance at?
If the answer to the 2nd question is yes... you will definitely miss it if you re-home it elsewhere

Haha, if I knew anything about shipping fish safely I might take you up on that. Really wish I could she her continue to grow.

I often have these dilemmas with fish. There's always a desire to try something else, which means moving on existing fish.
Later down the line I often think,I wonder what those fish I moved on look like now.
I recon you should keep it,it's a stunning fish.
