Keep Starving?

Been almost 2.5 Days and my baby bass won't eat krill or pellets. Should I keep going through with the starvation method or give in. They're 2.5" maybe 3, I thought it was easier in large groups.
Can you tell they're normally fed guppies everyday? Lol sittin at the top waitin for something to hit the water.
I have floating carni sticks and hikari gold sinking pellets.

The way i got my azuls on pellets actually was kinda easy. Start on bloodworms for two three days let them recognize you as food source. Then start to mix more an more crushed pellets everytime you fees in am. I did 1 1/2 weeks. Then i not feed one day. Start trying pellets before you feed bloodworm mix after the day of no feed. No takes keep on it. It took my 3" azuls two weeks to switch over.
