is it safe to put 2 juvenile silvers in large tank? has anybody tried this before? just want further info before i make the purchase :) i knw i cant put a jardini wit anything else. but silvers?

Might be fine, might not, depends on the fish.

If you see problems just do like lyzheng mentioned above and stick a divider in.

Will not work I had 2 in my 100 gallons and they kept attacking each other until one basically was forced to the bottom of the tank where he stayed and died. I have read that if you introduce them at a extremely early age and have at least 3, it will work. Having 2 creating a sort of enemy but as a group they will be able to tolerate since they are forced to do so.

Key is only 1 or 3+ to spread aggression. I grew out 5 silvers in a 150 no problems, ended up selling them all bc I only had a 240 at the time. Now I have 3 blacks and pbass in a 96x36x24 (360).

By housing only two together, you reduce your chances of success drastically IMO. The key is dispersing aggression. And the key to dispersing aggression effectively is to offer more targets for the dominant fish. With only two silvers, the dominant silver may just beat the crap out of the other one all day long. At the very least, get three, not two. Good luck.
