Will I have a problem if I place a 5" male motoro with a 10" female motoro? I don't think so, but thought I would ask. I have the female and just ordered the male. What about an extreme like a 4" ray with a 24" ray?

Thanks ahead for taking time to reply.

Mick

you shouldnt have a problem with a 5" male and a 10 " female, however if you had a 24" male and a small ray in the tank it might not work, rays will bite each other and bigger rays can out compete for food, but 5" and 10" shouldnt be a problem

:iagree:

i had some problems mixing sizes once large female to small male.... but i have mixed large and small rays... depends on the rays personality

I had an "episode" with a 14in female and a 5in male. As mentioned..... hit or miss depends on rays.

but you will be fine with a 5" and a 10" not much of a difference at that age

this is about the same size i had problems with... depends on the ray...

go for it there is only one way to find out... pick up a piece of egg crate from HD or lowes and have a divider ready just in case...
