This question may have asked, but my main question how long can they get along and disease if keep Goldfish and Angelfish in a tank

2 Lion Head Goldfish in a 30g tank for awhile now. I get 4 Angelfishes yesterday and keep all them in same tank. Temperature is 78F and pH ~ 7.4- 7.6 with a Whisper filter 300g/hrs. Just water change about 30% today and they seem eat and happy so far.

Please advise

The tank is on the small side for them, but they should be fine. Presumably if you've had the goldfish for a while any diseases they might have would hav cleared from their system by now.

The issue is angelfish are tropical and goldfish aren't. I read somewhere high temps shorten gold fishes lifespan but not sure how dramatically. Goldfish are also messy and create lots of waste, you will need to hit the water changes hard to keep things fresh and avoid the diseases. This will be your biggest problem I think.
I wouldn't do it, especially in a 30G, I'd take the Angels back to the shop and get another nice goldfish or 2 instead.

Thanks Ogertron, I will keep eye on them for next week or two. That's why I keep the temp below 78 F and that's what I have my goldfishes in there for last 9 months at 75-76F.
And, I can't return these Angelfish fishes, I get from Home breed 4 for $15.

Happy to help. I don't think you will have too many hassles as long as you keep things clean. It's your, tank,so do what you think is working as long as you aren't being cruel to the fish, which you certainly aren't. I would still consider a new tank for,the Angels in the future if you are into it.
