Keeping feeders in Garlic Water ??

So i heared Garlic kills most parasite. I wanted to know is it a good idea to treat the feeders in Garlic water before feeding them to my fishes?
Any ideas?

i've never heard of this before i would treat the fish with mela/pima -fix i know that most fish that have trouble eating a little garlic will perk their appetite right up

This is horrible advice. Melafix/Pimafix treats bacterial/fungal growth. It does NOTHING for external or internal parasites.

@OP: QT your feeds for 2 weeks.. the longer the better. Garlic will not help just being in the water. I suggest getting your fish on pellets.. Skip the feeders.

I did switch them to pallets but this was just an idea.
