Keeping More Than One Afro - Anyone?

I'm thinking of getting another big african arowana and was wondering if anyone has done it here. Both fish would be in my 500g which I would hope would give them enough room to not fight all the time.

I've heard good and bad things about keeping afro's together, I really want to do it as they're my favorite fish non-gar to keep and I don't see big ones for sale often...

Just wondering what your thoughts are... my afro is about 16 inches and lives with a 13" black arowana with no issues at all.

I don't see why not. Just keep the same precautions like any other aro comm. Give toyin from rehoboth aquatics a call. He should be able to find you a good size African aro

in the 500gal it should be no issue. african aros usually have problems with each other when they're born up till 7-12inches
