As per title, anyways i had 2 arrowana's in my tank at one stage, however one of them was injured (i was baby sitting a retarted one for a friend). It had a back problem and a missing eye. Anyways I gave it back to my friend since it started eating.

My current one is about 50-60cms very very chunky and just beautiful scales. I picked up a new silver that's about 30cms quite small. The big guy started picking on the little guy. However he didnt pick on the retarted one. So anyone has any tips of how to get 2 silvers living together? or do i need to have 3 of them in order to live together? to prevent fights while im sleeping and when im @ work i leave the lights off. The other silver isn't that damaged its like minimal in a 24hour period. Just fins a lil bit bitten off.

The other silver hasn't started eating as its probably going understress with been in a new tank.

Feed both of them A LOT, like over feed them. Maybe even put a divider in between them if things are getting that ugly.

There is very little you can do, with a pair they either work or they don't.

alright i might as awell see how they go, what about if i add in a 25cm jardini? just something that the bigger silver can occupy his time with instead of the smaller silver all the time.

Don't know, maybe the jardini will beat on the smaller silver too. Only way you will know is to try it. I just hope you have some way to separate all these aros if it don't work.

Yeah i got a spare 4ft tank that has baby fish, but wanted to have a tank full of silvers :( pitty i got it for cheap.

The weird thing is i got angel fish in my tank and the big arrow doesnt touch it.

you can try adding other fish, (silver dollars) see if the aro will chase it around.

like Bderick said, you just gotta try it. But if you do i would try to put a minimum of 3

Yup Brian is right. All you can do is try it and hope for the best.

I've had a bit of experience on raising multiple Aros from baby size to almost adulthood. I have tried placing a 19" Jardini with 2 x 22"-24" Silver Aros before in a 235gallon Tank. It worked for a bit but one of my Silver Aro broke it's jaw due to a fight(assuming the culprit might of been the Jardini due to his/her aggression). I won't say it'll work or it won't but from my experience it didn't for me. IMO though I think it can work in a large environment like a pond or huge DIY monster tanks. What I've noticed is when I had multiple Aros raised together it would work in a very large environment over a smaller environment and the aggression wasn't as bad. I would think because each Aro has enough space to run and hide and more space to dominate it's territory. But again this is just through my experiences so you may get lucky or u don't.

Also I would put some other tankmates with them if your going to try it. It can cause the Aros distraction to one another. Just make sure they aren't super aggressive tankmates.
