Keeping Pseudotropheus demasoni in ph over 9?

hi I’m interested in keeping Pseudotropheus demasoni, I live in San Francisco, CA where the water from my tap is 9 to 9.5

Can these fish adjust to this high ph or will i need to adjust my water to keep these fish?

Any recommendations for fish I can keep in water if this range?
