I have recently got my first Red Wolf! I've been wanting one for a while and my LFS happened to have em for 30$ (never seen em that cheap online) a few weeks ago. In my tank as of now there is a decent 9 in Ornate Bichir that gets along with the wolf fine, they dog pile and everything. I am having hesitation picking other tank mates, seeing as though soon as feeders hit the water the Red is all over em in a flash. And mine beat the hell out of its shipping mate (don't know why a supplier would put 2 very agro fish together) its hi fin was ripped off, its left pectoral was gone, and a good chunk of its tail. Along with a nasty bite to the face. Point is, what specie are good to stand up to red wolves other then big bichirs? I have an Azul Cichla (peacock bass) in my friends tank (to grow out and not be eaten) anyone have exp with the combo? Any input would be greatly appreciated
