keeping single serrasalmus manueli with larger fish?

Found this video on youtube and I've been thinking of buying a 6inch manny and putting it in my 300g? How large does a fish have to be to not be attacked by a serra? Anyone here tried larger fish? I know the snakehead has a ripped tail but nothing serious.

Jus read the comments, was ok for months. Pacu and rhom had a dispute then were fine, then one of the p bass got its jaw removed by the rhom... Guess if it is going to work in a large tank cichlids lip locking rules them out completely!
