Keeping water levels right

I just need to know whats ok to put in my tank that will maintain the correct water levels, if the levels arnt high there low

If by water levels you mean Ammonia, Nitrites and Nitrates plenty of WC and good filtration. Good pristine water.
If you mean PH, Hardness and the like, just use it as it comes out of the
tap. Don't want to keep adjusting using chemicals.
Refer to the KISS method.

Definitely going to need to be a little more specific.
 
Why do people like to mess with their water so much? Just use water comes out of the tap...
 
this is the water out of my tap
pH: 6.8
Alkalinity: 40
Hardness: 25
is this ok?

i just add water conditioner and stress zyme to my water when i do water changes. 41.6% w/c a week

Can you express your hardness in microsemens or ppm? Not sure what your numbers represent.
