Kelberi or Ocell

Was sold to me as a gold Kelberi and appeared so in a tank with white substrate. As it’s growing it’s looking a lot more like my larger Ocell.

the third photo is it next to the larger Ocell. What do you think?

They look almost identical, hard to say. How big are they

It's a peacock bass for sure.

Well too be honest they both have slightly warped heads to be either species. My guess is its actually a hybrid kelberi with ocellaris. But my ocellaris have had a more rounded forehead and a deeper body.

From pictures on google, it looks like an ocellaris.

Anyone have any experience buying an incorrectly labeled pbass from a vendor/importer? Did you complain and did they do anything to help? Or is it a you’re on your own that’s the nature of the business
