has any keeping pleco use ken catfish sinking sticks with hardwood fiber mix into their regular catfish food would that help plecos with need of fiber to keep full

I have not tried that product yet. With my last order from Kens I requested a sample of Earthworm sticks and Spirulina sticks and they sent a pretty generous 1oz sample of each. My rhino pleco took to them right away. But I too was interested in the catfish sticks but was thinking I was asking for too much by asking for another sample.... maybe next time.

My guys like the meat and veggie wafers from Kens, Along with spectrum Thera A pellets are the 2 main types of food my plecos get.

Repashy has a new Pleco food called "morning wood" can't wait to feed it to my plecos

let me know how the morning wood goes for you. Mine didn't really take to the meat pie and solvent green

Ill just hop on your thread since its about kens & could possibly help both of us,, anyone know if there's any coupon codes for Kens?
Enjoy your morning wood..

I've tried it but only with my small xingu royals. I throw in a few before going to bed and don't really get a chance to see if they eat it or not. In my opinion, feed them reg food like algae wafers, nls, etc...and just have driftwood in tank. If they want some wood they will just gnaw on the driftwood. I use kens fish food but I don't think I will be ordering the catfish sinking sticks with hardwood again just because my other fish samples it as well and i don't know if wood is good for them or not. If my plecs want wood they will just get it from driftwood.
