I was thinking of ordering some flakes and pellets from ken Friday, but my problem is I do not know which is the best for my Cichlids. I will be feeding Red devils and Convicts. So let me know which of his foods you use and get the best results from thanks
Kens fish food what kind do you use??

i feed my fish just about every size of pellet that Ken sells from decapsulated brine shrimp to the 7.5mm pellets and the occasional tropical flake in my growout tanks also the soft and moist is really good at least according to the way my fish gobble it up I guess it depends on the size of your fish but the 3.5mm pellet is a good midsize pellet for all of my fish as well as the 3.5mm soft and moist HTH Mike
So moist and soft is a really good food??? Is it just for grow out??? My RD's are about 7in and 5in. The marble cons are about 2in and 1.5in
