i had a problem with my powerhead from him once. emailed him and he sent me a new one free of charge, shipping included+let me keep the old one and I got the 2nd powerhead the next day. can't complain about that

I have had some slow service from ken in the past. Only once or twice though. The food is ok for the price. Dry goods are comparable to others on the net. Some things he's a little cheaper and some a little more expensive for the same quality.
