Ken's vitamin additives

Hey guys,

I recently purchased a Bottle of Ken's vitamin additives. How should I use it ? The sticky thready proposed soaking thawed food about an hour and then refreeze. Will the vitamins stay in even after thawing the food once again before feeding? Let me know by those who do use it, on ur methods or experiences. Thanks so much'

Don't really use any vitamin water for my fish any more, but when i was (for my puffers), i used to just soak their food in a mixture of the Vits + Tank water in a small container for about an hour or so, then feed directly to the fish...

I think I might try this as well, just for the heck of it. it cant hurt..

I mean my fish were fine, just didnt really see any noticeable difference...
