I think I'm going to give this unit a try, and see how well it measures against my RO/DI. The output/cleaning ability if true, is to good to pass up.

I don't see how it's possible for an RO to have no wastewater. It has to have some or a nasty salt mix.

It isn't an RO, it is a DI only.

WOW! Started at 55 ppm tds, and in less than 10 seconds was down to 0.0 ppm tds. Flow was insane!

the down fall to di units only is the membrane does not last as long as with a ro/di you will need to change the membrane alot more often sounds like a good unit where did you order it from????

They claim 6 months, which with the water quality I have, isn't possible. I am guessing it will be around a month, or less for recharging the media. The media is rechargable though. I bought it through aquariumplants.com, but petsolutions has it as well, but with better shipping costs.
