our system at work is running at about 18 ppm for phosphate.. i asked a curator at another store is the company allowed us to use phosphate sponges, she said they did but the cost of using it is pretty much a bullet biter..
she said that you can only use it for 48 hours then you have to throw it away.
the size of the systems here mean that we'd need to use a whole bulk sized bag to actually DO anything.
i bought some phos sponge a while back (think it was kent) but it said you could throw it into the oven for like an hour at 400 and it'd "recharge" and you could recharge ti 3-4 times
anybody have any insight into this?
