Kents low range and neutral Controller ?

Trying to figure out how to the mixture parts..75 gallon tank

i have a 6.7 ph and want to bring it to 6.5-6.4

its says to use 1 part neutral controller and 2 parts low range controller..

what the hell is a part ??? its says to add one level tsp to 10 gallon..i dont understand the part thing??

75 gallons = 7.5 level tsp.

2 parts low range to 1 part neutral aka 2/3rd of those 7.5 tsp should be low range and 1/3rd should be neutral.

Doing the math: 5tsp of low range and 2.5tsp of neutral.
