Khulie ('Coolie') Loach Or An Eel?

What would be better for my 60 UK Gallon tank,(not setup) a pair of Khulie loaches or a spiny eel (Probally peacock or tyre track possibly fire.)
The other fish I plan to keep are:

2 x Channa Bleheri (might change to a more tropical Channa)
4 x Butterfly/Clown Plecos Or 2 x Chaca Chaca Cats
2 x Black Ghost Knife
4 x African Butterfly Fish

I would rathar keep an Eel (Any kind) I know I seem MENTAL by considering a Tyre track or fire eel but from this website:http://fish.mongabay.com/mastacembelidae.htm
It seems ok... please post your opinions!

with channa i would say a peacock spiney! kuhli stay so small i would be afraid they would be dinner
 
Yay!1st vOte for an eel =]] Thats what I want to keep! -There will be a lid whenever I get the tank-
 
eel hands down, kuhlis suck unless you set up a special species tank with blackwater, subdued lighting and like 20 of them so they dont just hide all the time.
 
Also look into some of the other eels available on the moment, like i've mentioned the borneo python has to be one of if not the most attractive eel.

WOAH nice Eel it is then! is it just me or does the borneo python get wider about 2/3rds of the way down its body?Or is that the pic?Also fire eel is my fave freshwater eel.My fave eel of all is a cusc eel =]]It looks like an albino moray but longer!What size does a borneo python get to?Any other info on it?Have you ket one before?
