Looking for some pics of Kiddie pools for ponds. Im looking for a cheap effective ray tank. And some filter ideas. I was looking at one yesturday but lost the forum....:irked: Im mainly looking for more bottom room then how deep..

i have one in my basement. its 6' round and 15" deep. that makes it about 265.5 gallons filled up. im at work right now but i'll go home and post some pics for you. For a filter, i just used a 3 tier plastic tub filled with scrubbies and i also have a sponge filter.
 
sounds good what are you doing to support the sides?
 
Im using nothing to support the sides. the weight of the water keeps the sides pushed out. only problem is theres nothing from stopping something pushing in on the sides. as a matter of fact thats how you get the water out if you were outside.
 
I think Ill build a wooden box frame on the out side because the last thing i need is a dog leaning on the side or a cat.... Also its going to be in the garage
 
lol thats exactly what i was thinking. i have 3 cats and a big azz dog. i dont let them in the basement tho. but i still will probably build something to put around the pool.
 
Ya it would also make it easier to put the filter on the side of thank and save space in the center of tank instead of putting the filter in the middle... Also you could probably hide the filter and frame that to on the side and put fake plants or something around it.
