hey people. ive been browsing through MFK for a little bit, but am an active member on aquaria central. i came here mainly because of the sweet DIY section.
but ive been coming here more often so i thought id introduce myself to everyone.. so heres some stuff about me-
i have a 5ish" Oscar upstairs in my room in a 55(hes gonna get an upgrade of course) and a 20 gallon community tank(very small fish lol), on which ive done my first DIY thing ever, a very simple and functional canopy which i made last night and am proud of myself for!
im 17, turning 18 in June
i turned 13 on Friday the 13th(so did my mom) and im turning 18 on Friday the 13th. weirrrrrrddd
i play the guitar alright, im making up songs now- and no, not just using powerchords. i want to take piano lessons to help me understand music fundamentals and the scales a little bit more to improve my guitar playing.
umm, i babysit right now, make okay money but am going to get a job as a maid when i turn 18 and start school to make better money. i made good money working at a pizza place full time, but the boss accused me of stealing which i never did. he was a bad boss and business runner overall. very skeezy kind of guy.
im going to a community college next year, which is okay by me(dropped out of highschool, my HS was a pretty bad school- i couldve graduated easily if i didnt get caught up in stupid stuff, im a smart girl. i regret dropping out now, but theres a longgg story to it all).. atleast its something. i plan on studying horticulture, business, taking a computer class as kind of a safety/extra thing, and maybe photography since i enjoy it. either photography or music production, still havnt completely gotten it figured out yet.
i have my lip, tongue and nose pierced, as well as 5 holes in each ear(all tiny studs). i have 1 tattoo that i did myself, but am gna get more once i turn 18 in less than 2 months.
in the future, i want to have a big amazon biotope tank with a bunch of Oscars and maybe some Pacu and Arrowana.. but that would have to be a huge tank and its nowhere near happening at this point in my life.
anyways.. i dont know much about monster fish, so i will be more of a question asker than an answerer, which i assume is all right since it balances things out a lil bit lmao.

im in mass, 30 mins outside of boston. about an hour away from the beaches on the northern mass and southern NH coasts. pretty decent spot if you ask me(as far as places to go)
