I need help, i don't know what to do. My 3" flowerhorn is sick. He is pooping white string and his stomach is swollen. I got him some levamisole HCI, I followed the instruction and took 50% water and my tank size is 55 gallon. So I took half of water out of my tank and then I put Prime and fill the whole tank with new water and then I put the medicine and waited for 24 hours and then I took 75% water filled it up and put Prime and put the carbon back, and it has past 3 days and nothing really changed he still pooping white and his stomach is still swollen so I decid8ed yesterday to put more levamisole. He is pooping more. But I'm still not noticing anything different he is still swollen his breathing gotten worse. Any suggestions?? I heard about clear, but I don't know if I should do it on him because he's only 3" and he is very small, especially his mouth. So I wonder if I can find like a small tube to shove in his mouth and put the medicine and i heard about Hertana.
