King Kong Parrot Fish

How many in a 55 gal, just one? Does anyone know if the "Super Red" King Kong Parrot Fish from Tropical Fish Distributors are dyed? What should I feed it? I would also like to get a med size pleco or catfish that would do okay with plants, any suggestions? Thanks
