it is stressed..

And I think it's all those crushed coral substrate. Remove 80-90 percent of all that there. Crushed corals highers PH and u got a lot in there.

The fish needs to adapt also. It actually looks healthy but very stressed

If U don't think that's the problem and you need more inputs, talk about what's been going on with the fish before and during this change.

oh and nice sweet lookin parrot.

Thank you for the info I'll give that a try so you don't think it's a "black spot disease"?

That fish is still young and got black on him when stressed. It's left over from fading. Later it might not have any black left to show even when in stress. The black blotches are not disease, but if it has disease and in stress, it will show that also.. Basically, that's not good anyway.

I would remove 90% or ALL of those crushed corals and do a 50% water change. Give a week to let it adapt.

How long has the tank been running and how long has it been in there? Any tank mates?

Ok the full story is about a week ago he was in a 2 foot tank with 4 very small Mayans wen cleaning other tanks I accidentally knocked his heater cord out so the temp dropped from 25°c to 20°c

I got the temp back to 25 a fee days later I moved house and him and the Mayans were transferred to a 4foot tank durring the house move his temp would of fluccuated a bit ASewell so twice recentlly he has been in temp change

If that's what caused it how long would it take him to go back to normal

Sorry mate I should have said all details in the first place
