what does everyone feed their mealworms that will benefit fish??

does it even matter?
carrots?
quaker oats?
lettece?
potato's?
etc etc

my main question is what gut load is best for fish.

i've never fed mealworms, they stay alive in the fridge in their covered container for as long as you need them.

Pro just feed crickets! They're much easier to gutload than mealworms because they'll eat pretty much anything you give them. I gutload mine with carrots, lettuce, crushed cereal and dog kibble, fish flakes and apple sauce or baby food for hydration.

Yeah, same as I do.

I never really feed mealworms to my fish, just to my beardie, but I gut load them beardie pellets, dog food, and various fruits and vegetables for hydration and nutrients

way to messy/loud lol i like mealworms :D
but yo do have a good point bro thnx again

Yeah crickets are loud, smell, and a little more difficult to breed. I find mealies eat anything as well and are much easier to breed with nothing like the cricket smell

Yeah I agree, adult crickets are loud and smelly. That's why I breed roaches!
