Kirin x Blood Parrot

So i thought both my kirin and blood parrot were both females....guess not the BP layed eggs and kirin fertilized them.....

There is about 50 or so wigglers today!!!!!!

Can a cichlid be a hermaphrodite? and changes its sex....

I bred the kirin once before and i could swear she was the one who laid eggs.....

It'd be interesting to see the results when the wrigglers has grow up. To my knowledge there are no kirin x blood parrot cross.

they have pretty much all started wigglin around except for like 20 bad eggs....

theres probably 200 fry

Maybe thats why you couldn't pair him with your dovii. I think thats awesome you have a fertile male. I want it
