FOH server/bartender right now, German food. I worked the line for a week after we had two cooks up and quit, never again. You've got to be at least partially insane to enjoy that.
I basically just add hot water to instant noodles and dump a raw egg into it when there is no food on the table.
I know the raw egg part sounds disgusting but the proteins in it is great when you are hungry.
