So I ordered in king kong parrots and this is what I got are they even kkps?

I'm no expert on hybrids but those definitely look like blood parrots. My girlfriend has one looks just like that. The angle on the head. Also kkp have a flat mouth that closes. Blood parrots have a triangle mouth that's kind of always open.

I'm sure a more experienced parrot keeper well chime in

I'm sure you did. Having worked in the retail pet trade & having done the fish order for a large lfs, I can tell you most order sheets are full of mis-identified fish. Especially when it comes to hybrids, petsmart "red texas" are a case in point.
