thanks, I hope to get some nice frys from them too. Yea i like the female too, just picked her up from a buddie yesterday. Her tube is dropped already and stomach is swell. I hope they get along before she drops the eggs.

She laid eggs yesterday. Theres alot. Im hoping there all fertilized. I only see about 5 eggs white. Rest look fine. Male and Female both are taking care of the eggs.

Yes I removed the divider yesterday afternoon, and when I came back home I saw eggs. Today I see a few eggs (5) that are white only.

Would be a good idea to remove the father...or both. If you do remove both, add an air stone right next to it. Since she laid the eggs there, you cannot transfer the eggs into a new tank manually.

I have transferred FH eggs many a time, the transfer process can be a nag, you need to make sure that at no time are any of the eggs exposed to air, and that they are kept in a sterile environment while being moved. I have used a tupperware container filled with the original tanks water to scoop the egg plate up, and manually place in the new tank. You do need to make sure the new tank is cycled, has good aeration, and has decent water flow over the eggs for best results.
