Knife Catfish?

I was at Petco today and I saw what they had labeled as a "Knife Catfish". It was deffinately not a knife fish so please don't think I'm a novice who's easily confused. There was no Latin name though so I've had a hard time finding out exactly what it is. The one thing that was blatantly obvious to me was it looked exactly like a Wels catfish! The fins, tail, face, whiskers, ect. It was more of a brown color than the green-gray the Wels seem to be but I figured it could be a close cousin. Any thoughts of what it could be? It was impossible to get a picture thought cuz it was in with cichlids that kept getting in the way and it was hiding in some plants.

I have also seen the "knife catfish" at petco. They are two-spotted glass catfish (aka butter catfish), ompok bimaculatus

There it is lol. It's been bugging me all morning. I was starting to think it was an Amur catfish but I didnt think Petco would sell one or that they were legal in the states
