whats the differance between a clown knife and a royal clown knife? or is it the same fish just called 2 differant things?

IMO the royal ck seem to have vertical angled lines down the side of them. The normal clown knife seem to be mostly just round spots. This is my understanding but ive only owned a couple back in the day
