so i have had this clown knife for not quite a year. grew it up from 4 inches to about 14. think has always been a good fish in the 220.
well over the last week it began to show some damage. at first i thought it had to be the one eyed florida gar. it isnt the most graceful thing when it comes to eating, and with one eye it is at a disadvantage. besides the silver arowanna doesnt bother anything, the silver dat is too small, as is the Peacock bass. but there is that one other fish.
well i caught thta one other fish in the act today. Hannible, the bastardized golden dorado, was taking pop shots. well i am hoping to be able to heal up and save the clown. there is some pretty nasty damage, small chuncks of flesh missing.
salt, melafix, no stress, low light and some hoping and praying. i will try to update again in a few days
