Never mind. I think based on other pics online that he must have eaten a bigish fish. Hard to tell whats missing in my tank

can't hurt to dose him with epsom salts for a few days, monitor him and see if it begins to go away.
Whats the proper dosage for epsom? I don't have a qt tank for him. Shouldn't hurt to add to whole tank (240)
