As some of you may know I'm getting a new 50gal hex tommorrow.
It will be a community of tetras, rainbows and agelfish and other things.

I was wondering if there was any Kife fish that would be compatible, what do they like to eat?, Temp, Ph, and size, really thats all I want to know I'll take care of the rest:)

This came to me when I googled Knife Fish and it was in a tank with some neons.

Thanks :headbang2

an african knife would do fine in there but angelfish will get way to big for a 50 gallon tank unless you have a bigger tank to put them in when they are full grown

are you sure angelfish their max size is 15cm
every person I've asked says angelfish will do fine even the LFS

and the Angelfish won't bother them because they usually aren't very active during the daytime, making them a non-threat or target for any aggressive angels.

dont do african if you want tetras, you will end up with no tetras and a fat knife fish.

Angels can get 6 inches long and 12 inches tall. When they are small they will be fine in that tank. When adults they will be to big. Espically since your tank is a hex it won't give them enough swimming space. Good luckc
