You should be ok in a 120litre tank for life.

about 30 gallons, both the sanchezi and the gold spilo would be a great choice, but i would recommend a 30 long, they have a better footprint for piranhas than a standard 30

there is never a guarantee with aggression in piranhas, and they will almost certainly not live up to your expectations if you are looking for a super aggressive fish, but i have never been disappointed with either
