I have a pair of kios in my 90 gallon community tank. I noticed they had laid eggs on my magnetic glass scrubber. I removed all the other community fish and placed them in a different tank leaving only the two angels in the tank. I noticed half the eggs are missing and can assume the angels are eating them. Are the angels not eating enough and that’s why they are eating the eggs?

Have they bred before? I’m just thinking out loud but I’m thinking it could be a case of inexperienced parents.
I’ve had them for around six months and this is the first time I’ve seen any eggs. I’d hate to remove the eggs, and would rather let them take a shot at it.
