Koi ate Armatus tooth

When I fed my Armatus just now, one of its tooth fell out. However, I couldn’t find it after it fell off. My kois where also feeding then and I suspect one of them ate it. Will there be any adverse consequences because of this?

The koi should be fine as long as the tooth is not big enough to cause any problems as it passes through.

I just fed them. Their appetite don’t seem to be affected so I suppose they are fine

Most likely the koi passed it, if it was truly eaten... Anyway, kind of awesome how you have koi and armatus together!!

Haha. I Guess all of them are used to the water conditions
