clean the tank, do a partial water change, add 1 tbsp salt per 5g. then treat the fish with a daily 10-15 minute salt water bath in a bucket of dechlorinated water that contains salt water at a strength of 3 1/2 tablespoons of salt per gallon (approx. 40 grams per gallon) Saprolegnia fungus, the cotton fluff kind, dies at 38 grams per gallon. do it once a day for three days. Stay with the fish and be ready to remove it if it shows signs of discomfort, koi should tolerate this pretty well. Don't do more than one treatment per day or more than three days in a row. Melafix in the tank water should help promote healing. This is from a couple of Koi farm's websites.
Or you could use a commercial treatment like forma-green.

Forma-green is one of several formalin-malachite green combinations available.
