The real value of the fishes are subjected to many factors. But it's sad that people would take things that don't belong to them. I'm sure everyone was a victim of that to some degree at one point or another. Buying stolen goods and properties are basically the same thing.

Its not only the value of the fish, its why someone wpuld do something to MAYBE get $10k.
 
those koi are probably not pure bred and therefore are pretty worthless. but still, stealing is wrong

Where are you going to put 400 koI is the real question. They must have a personal pond that is huge or some sort of huge holding tank
