Koi pond craze

Water Gardens have been the largest growing segment in landscaping for the past three years. Who knows how long it will last, but w/all the advances in filtration, maintenance, and styles it seems it will stay for on top for awhile.
 
Brakes are getting put on them around here 'cause of the economic situation.
 
True here as well.... Probally through out U.S., not many folks w/much disposalable income these days.
 
i never liked koi, i have a 3000gal pond and i only put the smaller types of goldfish in, none koi..am i weird?
 
so what are you doing on "MONSTER" fish keepers .com if all you like is little fish. im just screwin with you. in one of my ponds all i have are comets. nothing wrong with that. cheap to start out, they breed plenty of little babies for me to feed to my other fish, and there quite responsive when it comes to feeding time.
 
It's not just Koi ponds.... All types of water gardens, fountains, pondless waterfalls, etc. These have really become popular in the last 5-10 years and will only continue to grow.
