There are some foods that support head or KOK growth. I have never used them but many here have and had great results...

No but seriously orbit's right. Also you need to check your water parameters and pretty much follow the Flowerhorn care sticky at the top of the Flowerhorn forum. Even 2k flowerhorns will go to crap in a insufficent tank not setup properly or not big enough.
