My male Koliba is following around my newly introduced PBB, which I believe is a female, like a lost puppy. The koliba keeps swimming underneath her and nudging her, following her around the tank. No fin cupping from the Koliba. Is there any possible way that they could produce viable offspring? Im not expecting anything to come of it, im just wondering if it could possibly happen.
Has anyone besides Shopko had any luck breeding polys? Every time I buy a female for a male that shows interest in mating, the female shows no interest. Has anyone else had this experience? Am I just missing the eggs and they get eaten by my afro/knifefish/catfish? Im tempted to buy a female Koliba. Id like to see what a F1 Koliba would look like.
