I dont have those sp. yet but if im going to choose ill go for the koliba cause from what ive been reading the stay dark green vs kolotan stay dark brown, i always wanted a green lower jaw. 
My old Koliba came from Aquatic Day Care and had very distinctive green to it.
My current Koliba came from Toyin at Rehoboth Aquatics
My first Koliba was very olive green and the new one more toward the darker green brown. Both were on the same sand (CarbSea Peace River). Out of the two I liked the lighter olive green more.

Both of these lap variants with similar crazy markings look cool to me. Typically, koliba are a lighter base and greener tone. koloton are slightly darker base with a Brown.
A factor in people's decision is the higher koloton price difference and availability between the two. If I had to choose based on looks. I'd go with koloton because they are much much much 1 more much lesser common of the two.

Cant remember where I was reading this but it had something to do with Toyin bringing in one of these variants and selling it early on and later realizing it was the other. So there are some early collectors that thought they bought one and it was the other. Been looking for where I saw that but cant find it yet.

I really like both of them. My god the new one really does look like a raptor
The first one kind of looked 'cute'. Dont even know how to explain it but it just did not look like the tough poly. The one I currently have does look good with a very cool head shape and looks like a real dino. Still unnamed however... What else besides Raptor for a name? lol
My last one was Kolibasaurus Rex. This koliba just does not have the fnlets to pull off a Spinosaurus. But I like where your going with it.
