I am pretty sure it is a G not a K...

or

Gong Xi Fa Chai (yes I know this technically means wishing you wealth and to prosper or something along those lines)
(no I am not chinese, but happy new year!).

Gong xi fa choi! (cantonese)
Xin nian kuai le! ( mandarin)
Gong xi = congrats or simply well wishes. (cantonese)

I used to go to chinatown allot, got a few freinds their so i get discounts on dvds, vcds, smokes. There are mostly Honkies here (from hong kong) witch is good as most of them speak very good english, ive only had to speack cantonese a few times, just as well as i only know a little. They sure know how to celebrate.

LOL Gong xi is mandarin, as is gong xi fa cai. Choi(spelling?) is the only cantonese there.

My mandarin sucks but I knew that. I understand cantonese, but can't write it out.

Anyways, happy Chinese new year!
